Founded in 1972, the stamp affixing attachment was a small part of a large packaging equipment manufacture. With little more than purpose, determination, and a handful of dedicated professionals, Postmatic was established in 1978. Recognized as the leader in postage stamp affixing attachments for use with mailing machines, Postmatic has grown to be a name known by professionals throughout the mailing industry.
Postmatic is housed in a 12,000 sq. ft., state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. Engineering and manufacturing technicians strive to meet industry demands. Years of experience in engineering, machine shop and manufacturing work hand-in-hand to bring the best possible products to market.
A new chapter - Summit Core Tech
In 2026, Postmatic became part of Summit Core Tech, a strategic parent company formed to bring focused leadership, expanded engineering resources, and a long-term vision to the brands under its umbrella. With the same ownership at the helm, Summit Core Tech represents a natural evolution — not a departure — from everything Postmatic has built over more than five decades. The goal is simple: invest in the product line, strengthen engineering capabilities, and continue delivering the quality and reliability our customers have come to expect.
Shane
Co-Owner & Director of Engineering
Shane's path to Postmatic is one of those stories that starts with a Craigslist listing. Over 15 years ago, Postmatic's original owner found Shane through an online post looking for engineering help — and that first project turned into a relationship that never really ended. Shane has been providing engineering and product development work for Postmatic ever since, and is now a proud co- owner of the company he helped build from the outside in.
Professionally, Shane brings 15+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design and product development spanning a wide range of industries and applications. He leads Postmatic's in-house engineering efforts and is driving the push to improve and expand the product line. Outside of work, Shane is a father, a husband, a car enthusiast, and someone who builds things for the love of it — including a motorcycle he constructed from the ground up. He also attended culinary school and published a cookbook, which says everything you need to know about how he approaches a challenge: with craft, patience, and a high bar for the finished result.
Dipesh
Co-Owner & President
Dipesh has owned Postmatic since 2020 and brings a depth of manufacturing and automation expertise that is rare to find in one person. As President and CEO of DP Gayatri, a U.S.-headquartered industrial group with facilities across the U.S. and Latin America, Dipesh leads a portfolio of companies specializing in contract assembly, factory automation, control panels, custom machine builds, robotics, and industrial consulting. DP Gayatri partners with OEMs and manufacturers to modernize operations, scale production, and solve complex engineering challenges.
Dipesh is a graduate of the UofM Carlson School of Management and a deeply hands-on operator, the kind of owner who is genuinely involved in the work and not just the business. He brings that same energy to Postmatic. Away from the office, he is a husband and father of three, and his professional passion for building better systems carries naturally into everything he does.
